Austin Vandersluis, the health coach and owner of Omega Health Solutions, faced a life-changing moment two years ago when he experienced heart failure. Throughout his recovery, he encountered numerous medications, which motivated him to explore additional ways to support his health through better nutrition and holistic practices. This personal journey led Austin to become a certified health coach.

Now, he is passionate about helping others discover their own paths to wellness, inspired by his experience and the reality that heart conditions remain a leading cause of death. Austin's mission is to share his knowledge and journey, offering guidance to others on their health paths.
